Keith once worked as a trainee reporter for the Bristol Evening Post and as assistant to the editor, Richard Hawkins. • He served as a second lieutenant in the Third Royal Tank Regiment. • He opened his first restaurant in Bristol (UK) when he was only 22. • Died a few hours before Keith Meets Keith (2009) (TV) was broadcast. • Keith had undergone five operations for bowel cancer at the time of his death from a sudden heart attack. • 1943 - 2009 [RIP]

Floyd On TV Starring... Keith Floyd	Floyd On TV : 25 minutes. This is not a cookery programme as you would expect but a show where Keith presents funny TV clips from around the world. The show was orignally hosted by Clive James and called, unsuprisingly enough Clive James On TV. Apparently the show wasn't a hit for Keith when originally broadcast in 1989, but he did take it on tour to a better reception and it was the basis for his Floyd Uncorked DVD.
