When Kevin Turvey made his first appearance, people couldn't believe this incredibly stupid young man had got a job at BBC as a investigating reporter, who "investigates everything properly, not like Keith Marshall". Kevin Turvey is an investigative reporter who works mainly in the Reditch area, Midlands, UK.

He investigates the park, the canal, the library, the supermarket... Sadly this character never had his own series. He did have a regular five minute section in the middle of a sketch show called A Kick Up the Eighties.

This is a Comic Strip Present spoffing the Hugh Grant film Love Actually set in suberbia where everyone seems to be at it with everyone else - except Planer's character which is a typical dim character he plays so well.

Sheridan Smith (Janet from 2 Pints) is stunning as the busty blonde.

Dawn French & Jennifer Saunders are a couple of Shelia's travelling a round in the campervan and the pick up hitch hiker Nigel Planer who is waiting for his Giro and needs some "Mandies".
