Timothy Spall
Timothy Leonard Spall OBE (born 27 February 1957) is a BAFTA award-nominated English actor and occasional presenter. Spall, third of four sons, was born in Battersea, London; his father, Joe, was a postal worker, and his mother, Sylvia, a hairdresser. Gripping drama. An argument in a shop queue leads to the shooting of a young girl by a teenage gang member. When she later dies in hospital, the strain on her parents' marriage becomes so severe that her father takes the law into his own hands in the hunt for the killer. He goes undercover on the local estates talking to the residents, and pleads with them for someone to come forward. But as he gets more deeply involved with their gang culture, it becomes apparent that his own life is in danger. |
